Why was I shipped a longer length? 

If you purchase a 12 inch and it goes out of stock, you will be sent the next length available which is 14 inch. This is to keep delivery time at a minimum. 

How many bundles are needed for a full head?

2 bundles to do a full head. 
Bundles that are longer in length tend to have a shorter weft so for hair over 
18 inches, we recommend buying 3 bundles for a full weave.

For Clip Ins 1 set is used to add fullness and a little bit of length. 2 sets are recommened to add lots of length and fullness. 

How long does it last?

The expectant life of the hair is solely dependent on the care and daily routine you provide to your install.

What kind of maintenance is involved with this hair?

Our team has spent several months designing the perfect hair regimen for each of our collections and include 
them in your package to help you along the way.

How is the hair measured?

Each bundle is measured by its length when straight. Due to the kinky nature of our collections please note 
that the hair appears to be 40-45% shorter its kinky state. For example a 12 inch bundle will appear to be 
8 inches in its kinky state. Please order accordingly as issues with length are not eligible for an exchange.

Can I color this hair?

ABSOLUTELY! Our hair is 100% virgin and can be bleached or dyed any color to blend with your hair. Please 
note that bleaching hair or using color with harsh chemicals in it can weaken the shaft. Hair that has been 
colored will need a little extra love and attention when maintaining it!
